NLgYFIELD k'OR SUCK PURPOSES ~NIHEREl~S, this Council has found it necessary to improve SOPd Center Road by the installation of a water main and appurtenances therein pursuant to Resolution No® 217 adopted April 20th, 1953, and this Couneil has found it necessary to improve uYorton_Park Drive by the installation of a water main and appurtenances therein pursuant to Resolution Noa 219 adopted June l5, 1953, and WHEREAS this Council has requested the fiscal officer of the Village of Mayfield to issue her certificate as to the estimated life of the ~nprovements to b e constructed from the proceeds of the bonds hereinafter referred to, and of the note to b e issued in anticipation of such bonds, and as to the maximum maturity of said bonds and notes, and the fiscal officer of the Village of 1Jiayfield has certified to the Council such estimated life as being in excess of 10 years, and has certified the maxims maturity of such bonds as 1~0 years and the maximum maturity of said note as two years, and ~VHCREAS, this Council desires to provide for the issuance of a noto in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for•the purpose of making said improvements. NOtirT THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY TFTE COUNCT1, OF ^lI~ VTLI~A.GE OF NIA,YFIIDD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE. OF OHIO:_ _ Sec. 1. That it is deemed necessary to issue the bonds of the Vi7.lage of T~iayfie-3d, Ohio, in the sum of X35'000®00 in order to provide a fund for the purpose of improving SOM Center Road, starting at the North end of the existing water main now located in SO&T Center Road and extending Northerly
