ORDINANCE I~IOe :_µi.7 <br />By ll~s'e Scheuring <br />AN ORDL~IANCE C_~,AT:IlVG A t~tATER I+dA1N CONSTRUCTION FUVD <br />FOR SOIII C~J~`ER ROAD SECTION #3 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF IuIAYFTELD, CUYAHOCA <br />COUNTY OHIO, THAT: . <br />Sec. 1® There is hereby created tiVater T~2ain Construction Fund for <br />SOI'~ Center Road,, Section 3. All moneys credited to said fund, whether <br />received from the sale of notes or bonds, or by way of transfer from <br />other funds, shall be expended for the purpose of constructing a 12!~ <br />water main in SOiVi Center Road, starting at the North end of the existing <br />tivater ruin now located in SOrJi Center Road and extending Northerly about <br />1891 feet, but to the South line of a 22 acre parcel of land notiv or <br />formerly owned 'oy Jessie H. Lrdorts, being approximately 2257 feet from <br />the center line oi° .ti~tilson.
