ORDINANCE No. l~55 <br />By Dr. Waltz <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR TRANSFER AND <br />APPRDPRIATION.OF FUNDS FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES <br />DURING THE. YEAR .1953. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOC~ COUNTY, <br />OHIO, TNlO-THIRDS OF THE fl~fEl~ERS .ELECTED THERETO CONCURRING, THAT <br />Sec. 1. To the extent that, during the year 1953, arm <br />expenditures va been made. by or under authority of the Council of the <br />Village- of N~yfie].d, Ohio, for any items in excess- of the amounts <br />appropriated therefor by the appropriation ordinances-and amendments <br />thereto adopted in 1953; or for items for ~dnich no specific.appro- <br />priations were made by said ordinances, the Clerk of the Village of <br />Pdayfield is hereby authorized and directed to transfer sufficient moneys <br />from other appropriation items s~aich have not been fully expended and, <br />if necessary', from moneys in the General Fund not othera~i.se specifically <br />_ appropriated, to cover such expenditures, and the moneys so transferred <br />are hereby appropriated for the purpose of making such e~senditures. <br />Sec. 2. This-ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for e.preservati:on of the health, safety and welfare of <br />the Vi]lage of ~flayfield and its inhabitants and. this ordinance shall <br />go into effect immediately upon its passage. <br />Passed this 21st day of December, 1953® <br />Attest: <br />Mayor / residers o Counc <br />C er <br />
