ORDINANCE N0.33 <br />By Ty2r Oatess; <br />r1n ordinance to transfer one hundred <br />- and fifty dollars from 1;he Contingent <br />Fund of the general Fund to the Solicitor <br />Fund of the General Fand. <br />BL IT OI3U1I1MD by the Council of the Village of ltfayfield, State <br />of Ohio, threo-fourths of all members elected thereto concurring; <br />SECTION 1. That the stun of one hundred and fifty dollars be and <br />the same is hereby transforred from the Contingent Fund of the General <br />F.ind to the Solicitor Fund of the General Fund and said amount is hereby <br />made available for imme.diate use and is in addition to all other sums <br />heretofore anproZDriated for.-said purposes. <br />OECTION 2.
