That Section No.S of Ordinance No.9, passed Api°i1 ll.th, <br />1921 be and the same is here'oy amended to read as follows: <br />SEction Na.S. In making such surveys p].at and dedication., the <br />applicant shal]. obsex°ve a,r.d conf'orm to the Folloviing requirements; <br />(a) No intersecting street, or streot between px°opex°tJ lines shall <br />be less that fifty (50) feet in width; but alleys, not lvss that twenty (20) <br />feet 3n ividth, may be laid out in rear of lots froriting upon adjoining streets. <br />(b) Pdo dead-end highway sha11 be laid out f'roi,.,the as intersec•ting <br />highway unless the Council shall determine that ?'- ??' suLh <br />pl.?;n impracticable, and adequate turning space for vehicles, in case of dead-and <br />highviays, must be provided at the.dead-end.
