CENTER ROAD ON Tn £ASTERLY SIDE THFR.EOF, BY CO1lTSTRUCT- ING SIDL+1?'PALKS.'r **?* of Ohio: BE IT ORDAINID by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, State SECTION 1. That the assessrnent of the cost and expense of improv- ing S.O.M. Center Roaii on the easterly side i;hereof from the southerly boundary of the Village to the southerly line of Wilson Mills Road on the ea.sterly side, amounting in the aggregate to $4,200e00 as reported ta this council on the 17th day of September, 1928, by the Village Enbin.eer, notice of the filing af which assessment has been given as required by larv, be and the same is hereby adopted an(i confirmed, and that there be and is hereby levied upon the lots and land bounding and abutting npon said improvement the several amounts reported as aforesaid, which assessments, together vrith the description of said lots and land, are now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, and Ujhich assessments are at the rate of $2.1472 per foot, and are not in excess of a special.benefit to said propertye SECTION 2. That the total assessment against each lot or parcel of land sha.ll be payable in cash within thirty days from and after the passage of this ordinance, or, at the option of tY?e ovrner in five annual installments with interest at the rate of six percent t6%) per annum. All cash payments shall be made to.the Treasurer of said Village. All assessments and install- ments thereof remaining unpaid a.t the expiration of thixty days shall be cer- tified by the Clerk of this Council to the County Auditor, as provided by law, to be placed by him on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected.
