CENTER ROAD ON <br />Tn £ASTERLY SIDE THFR.EOF, BY CO1lTSTRUCT- <br />ING SIDL+1?'PALKS.'r <br />**?* <br />of Ohio: <br />BE IT ORDAINID by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, State <br />SECTION 1. That the assessrnent of the cost and expense of improv- <br />ing S.O.M. Center Roaii on the easterly side i;hereof from the southerly boundary <br />of the Village to the southerly line of Wilson Mills Road on the ea.sterly side, <br />amounting in the aggregate to $4,200e00 as reported ta this council on the 17th <br />day of September, 1928, by the Village Enbin.eer, notice of the filing af which <br />assessment has been given as required by larv, be and the same is hereby adopted <br />an(i confirmed, and that there be and is hereby levied upon the lots and land <br />bounding and abutting npon said improvement the several amounts reported as <br />aforesaid, which assessments, together vrith the description of said lots and <br />land, are now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, and Ujhich <br />assessments are at the rate of $2.1472 per foot, and are not in excess of a <br />special.benefit to said propertye <br />SECTION 2. That the total assessment against each lot or parcel of <br />land sha.ll be payable in cash within thirty days from and after the passage <br />of this ordinance, or, at the option of tY?e ovrner in five annual installments <br />with interest at the rate of six percent t6%) per annum. All cash payments <br />shall be made to.the Treasurer of said Village. All assessments and install- <br />ments thereof remaining unpaid a.t the expiration of thixty days shall be cer- <br />tified by the Clerk of this Council to the County Auditor, as provided by law, <br />to be placed by him on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are <br />collected. <br />SECTION 3.
