<br />"Secti.on Zv For the purpose of raising money in
<br />ant-icipation of the coYlection of special assessments
<br />for the improvement. of Beech Hi11 Road, from `Nilson Mills
<br />Roa-d to the Cuyahoga County S-ewerage Disposal Plat, 50M
<br />Center Road on the east side only from Bonnyview Roa.d to
<br />Wilson Mills Roa.d, ViTilson tdills Road on the south side
<br />only frotn SOM Center Road to Beech Hill Road, Seneca. Road
<br />and Glenview Road for their entire lengths, in accordance
<br />with Ordinances Noe. 91 and 92, passed June 18th, 1928,
<br />bonds of said Village shall be issued in the amount of
<br />Thirtyleight Thousand DolTars ($38, OOQ..00 ) to pay notes
<br />previously issued and about t.o mature..
<br />it ia hereby recited and declared that there l-Rs been
<br />included in the amount of said bonds (and in the notes
<br />previously issued) an amotznt sufficient to pay the inter=
<br />est tliereon until said assessments are available.
