STATE OF OHIOo <br />BE IT ORDA.INED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLkGE OF nIfAYFIELD' <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section Ie That any persony firm or'corporation supplying <br />electricity to the citizensJ individua7.s' firms or corporations in the <br />Vi]lage of Mayfielti, or supplying electricity for public grounds9 buildings, <br />streetsp lanes, alleys, or other public places si-tuated in the Village of <br />MayfieZd, shaIl., during a period of eight (8) years from and after the <br />time at which this ordinance shall take effect9 chasge for electricity so <br />suppli.ed' except for emergency' speciaZ or reserve service to another source <br />of supply., not to exceed four cents per kilowat'u houx a.ncl a mon.uh].y minimum <br />charge not to exceed sixty cents per kilowatt or fraction thereof connected. <br />Said person9 firm or corporation shall furnish and keep in repair meters <br />for the measuring of electricity so consumet? -wi-thout making any separate <br />chs.rge for the use or -repair of same. <br />Section '2. The aeceptance of this orc7inance by any person, <br />firm or cornoration supplying electricity to the Vill.age of Mayf?eld., and <br />to its inhabitan.ts, by filing a vrritten acceDtance -with the Clerk of this <br />Village within ten (10) days after this ordinance shall take effect.. sha71 <br />constitute a valid and binding contract, and such person, firm or corpora- <br />tion shall not be required to f`urnish electricity at a less rate dUring the <br />period of time heiein £ixed. <br />Section 3.
