ORDIN ANCE No. 207-A <br />BY TJIR. YOUNG <br />AN ORDITdANCE TO PROVTDE FOR THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUTdCIL OF Ta V2LLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY9 OHIO' That: <br />Section 1. The offer of Ralph Quigley for a contract with this <br />Village to furnish the necessary labor, materials and equipment to provide for <br />the collection of garbage from the residences and places of business loca-ted <br />vvithin the Village of Mayfield and the transportation of such garbage out of <br />the limits of said Village for the sum of $35.00 a month, to be paid to said <br />Ralph Quigley by the Village of Mayfield, be9 and the same hereby is accepted, <br />and the proper ofiicers of the Village be and they hereby are authorized and <br />directed to consummate the arrangements herein contemplatedm <br />Section 2. The performance of Ra1ph Quigley of his obligations under <br />said contract shall be under the direction of and subject to the supervision <br />by the k2ayor of the Village. <br />Section 3. This contract shall remain in-full force and effect until <br />Further action by this Councilv <br />Section 4m Ordinance Noe 189 heretofore passed by this Council be <br />and the same Yiereby is repealed and rendered null,,void and of no effect. <br />Section 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be ar_ Emergency <br />Ordinance, necessary for the immediate nreserva-tion o.f the public heal'ch, <br />sa.fety, convenience and ivelfare for reasons apparent from the contents of <br />trlis ordinance. Therefore, this ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after its passage. <br />Passed the 20th day of April, A.
