ORDINANCE No. l~8~. <br />By Mr. Beard <br />AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE MAPLE GROVE RQAD FROM THE <br />NORTHERLY LINE OF SE1lTECA ROAD IN A S OUTHERLY <br />DIRECTION TO THE SOUTH CORPORATION LINE OF THE <br />VrLLAGE OF.MAYFIELD <br />WHEREAS, Co~cil of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, is satisfied <br />that there is_ good cause for vacatir_g Maple Grove Road from the Northerly <br />line of Seneca Road in a Southerly direction to t he South corporation 7a.ne <br />of the Village of Mayfield, inasmuch as there is no likelihood that said <br />road would ever be used for public travel, and it appears that it would <br />not be dei-,rlmental., to. the: ,general in'i.erest to vacate said roado <br />...
