T.0 .THE WESTERLY LINE OF BEACH HILL RQAD IN THE VILLAGE ~'.MAYFIELD. ~~fiEREAS, this Council has requested the Clerk to issue his certificate as to the. estimated life of the iripr,ovements hereinafter described, the property owners' portion of. said cost to be discharged from the proceeds of bonds hereinafter referred. to, and as to the maxi mum .maturity of such bonds, the Clerk has certified to this Council such estimated life of each improvement as exceeding 10 years, and has ~furtYier certified the ma.-~imtun maturity of said bonds as ~.0 years; aiid 1~REAS, notes of this Vi7.lage in the amotults of X31,600.00, X13,300.00, ~~13,000-.00,.have been issued and ,sold in~anta.cipation of the issuance of bonds hereinafter referred to and are Hour due and payable; and T~TI~REAS, pursua~ t to Ordinance No. 501, passed April 18, 1955, levying special assessments in the amount of 417,763.38 to provide a fund for the payment of principal and interest of said bonds to be issued in anticipation of the coLection of special assessments for the ~ ~provement of SONT Center Road, beginning~trith the North line of the Board of Education property and extending Northerly about 1801 feet, but to the South line of a 22 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by Jessie H. ~°Torts, being appro~;.imately 2257 feet North from the center line . of Wilson _Mi71s Road by the construction of a water mair_ therein and to cover the remainder of the property owners' portion of the cost of said improvement, the Clerk of the Village of T2ayfield has certified that special assessments in the aggregate amount of ~236~..85 have been paid in cash during the period provided by lair for said improvement; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance INTO. 502, passed April 18, 1955, levying special assessments in the amount of X72,632.95 to provide a fund for the payment of principal and interest of bonds to be issued in
