Compensation for members of Council commencing January <br />lst, 19 _, shall be ~1~5.00 for each meeting attended, provided., however, <br />that -the ~ numbers of meetings for w•lzich any member of Council rnay~ be paid <br />shall. not exceed more than 21~ in any calendar year. <br />Sec. ~3.
