BY <br />INCREASING THE NiAXIMUNI HOURS OF SPECIAL POLICEIvIEN <br />FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES AT. THE DISCRETION- OE' THE NTAYOR <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL fB' THE VILLAGE OF MAYFlELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT: _ .. _ .. .- . <br />Sec, 1s Section 3 of Ordinance No. 479, as amended by Section 2 <br />of Ordinance ~To® 508, entitled: "An Ordinance to Amend Sections 2, 3 and <br />5 of Ordinance No. 479, by providing for appointment, tenure, compensation, <br />and duties of members of the Police Department", is hereby amended to <br />read, as follows : - - <br />orSec. 3. Compensation. The following compensation shall be <br />paid from and after the date of this Ordinance, but may be changed <br />at any time by Council by Ordinance or Resolution: <br />~~.oo ~ ca <br />Marshal or Chief of Police - 0;®0• per month. <br />Regular Policemen at the rate of-X3800,00 per year <br />Speci~.l. Policemen - ~a1e25 for each hour during <br />which he serves as such on <br />assignment by the Mayor or <br />Chief of Police. <br />The total number of hours to be served .by all Special <br />- Policemen during any one week sha]1 not exceed 32, but <br />Council may change the maximum number of.. hours at, arty time <br />• by ordinance or. resolution.
