OHIO. . <br />Z~F-IEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively approved <br />a Nla.intenance and Repair program for the year 1956; ~ d <br />By Mr. Taylor <br />'~1I~REAS, a number of the roads to be maintained and repaired are <br />Village Streets and also County Roads Down by the following names and <br />lying between the limits designated, viz: <br />RC14D <br />FROM <br />TO <br />Hig'nland <br />Wilson Mills <br />Tnihite <br />Lander <br />SOi~! Repairing roadway berms. . <br />2, Cleaning and repairing culverst and drainage systems. <br />3. Repairing ~.nd mainta-inning road st~~ace. ., <br />~; <br />1~.. ~ Mowing weeds' on ~beri~s. ~ . <br />5. Repairing and installing guard rail. ~ .. <br />6. Insta]ling and repairing road signs & warning signs. <br />7. fainting center lines and marking Rolle crossings. <br />NCifrl THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VTLZgGE OF HAYFIELD, <br />STATE OF OHIO:. ~ _. ... .. , . _ . <br />~~ Sec. 1. That it is declared to be of public interest that the consent <br />of the Village .by and such consent is hereby given to the maintenance and <br />repair on the above mentioned highways between the termini. aforesaid, by the <br />Board of County Commissionersm <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />ordinance, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health <br />and safety; such necessity exists by reason of the fact that freezing and <br />thaUring action has created hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence <br />whereof great public inconvenience would be suffered and public travel <br />endangered and delayed, and said ordinance shall take effect at the earliest <br />time as provided by law. <br />
