COMPANY, 3~P5 SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, SHALL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH NATURAL GAS TO THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, OHIO, AND STS INHABITANTS. BE Tr ORDA711TED B.Y THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, STATE OF OHIO, THAT: Sec. 1, The m,,~ixitrtum price z~aich The East Ohio Gas Company, its successors and assigns (hereinafter called the "Company") shall be .permitted to charge and the mir,3nn~m price at which it shall be required to furnish natural gas to the Village of Mayfield, Ohio (hereinafter cal.7~d the "Vi7.lage") and its inhabitants, dur3ng..the period from and after dune 8, 1956, and continuing until June 8, 1960, in the Village, unless sooner terminated as hex~inafter provided, shat be and the same hereby is.fixed for each inclividual c.onsumer° as follows: For the first 7.,000 cubic feet, ~ or less, , or., none, each: month, X1.00; For all over 1,000 cubic..fee•t each month, 65-1/2¢ for each:.1,000 cubic feet. Each bill to..each consumer. which shall not,be paid within 10 days from the date of maturity estab>ished therefor;, a.s subject to an additional charge of 3¢ for each x.,000 cubic'feet:.per month. The minimum addi- tional charge shall be 3¢ per bi71.. . All bills sha73 be payable at the main office of the Company in the City of Cleveland, or at such branch collection. agency or. agencies in the Village, or elsewhere as may from time to time `be established by the Company. Sec. 2. At any time after December 8, 19579 the Village, at its option, may effect to terminate this ordinance and the contract as to rates created by its acceptance by the Company, pra.or to its expiration by lapse of time, by resolution of its Council duly passed, a certified copy of which shall be served upon the Company at its office in the City' of Cleveland which said resolution shall specify a termination date of not less than sis: months subsequent to the date of serving such copy of such resolution; and at any time after said December 8, 1957, the Company at its option, may likewise so elect to terminate this ordinance and the contract as to rates created by its acceptance hereof' by serving written notice of such termination upon the Village, wlzi.ch notice shall specify a termination date of not less than six months subsequent to the date of serving such written notice; and after service of such resolution or of such written notice, at the time 3~•herein fixed for such termination, this ordinance and such contract as to rates sha11 terminate.
