T3~ i~r ® ~ T~opkins <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR ELECTRIC <br />STREET LIGHTING _SERVICE IId THE VILLAGE T0, TI•iEE CT;EVELAND <br />ELECTRIC . ]~L[Ji~'IINATING COMPANY . -• , . _ ~ _ .. _ -- ..... - .. - <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3~.0 of the Gouneil of'the <br />Village-passed July 16th, 1956, author~.zng and.direeting the Cleric to <br />advertise for -bids for furnishing electric stx~et lighting service in the <br />Vil7.age, the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company submitted a proposal <br />dated July 31, 1956; _ <br />WHEREAS, said proposal. is in proper form and is the lowest and best <br />bid. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COIINCTL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, .
