VTI~GE, <br />WI~REAS, the Board of County Commi.ssioa~ers has tentatively approved a <br />Maintenance and Repair program for the year 1957; and <br />~iEREAS9 a n~nber ~of the roads to be maintained and repaired are <br />Village Streets and also County Roads known by the following names and lying <br />between the limits designated, viza <br />ROAD -FROM TO <br />Highland SOM Center Road W. Line Mayfield Village <br />~7'ilson Mills Lander R~oacT. E. Lie Mayfield Village <br />ZJhite .. 30M Center Road W. Line Mayfield Village <br />Zander S. Repairing roadway bes~ns® <br />2 ® Cleaning and repairing. culverts anal drainage systems. <br />3. Repairing. and maintaining road surface. <br />1;~., Mowing weeds on berms. <br />5• Repa3.ri~i.g and installing guard railo <br />6. Insta11.3ng and repairing road signs and warning signs. <br />7. That it is declared to be of public interest that the consent <br />of the pillage by and such consent i.s hereby given to the maintenance and <br />repair on the above mentioned highways bet~en the termini. afo~said, by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />Seco 20 This QS°dinance is hereby. declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessax~' for the immediate preservation of the public healtTl and safety; <br />such necessity exists by reason of the fact that freezing and thawing action <br />has created hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence whereof great <br />public inconvenience would be suffered and public travel endangered and <br />delayed, and said ordinance sha11 take effect at the earliest time as provided <br />by law. <br />
