<br />7n7SEREAS,-this Council has requested
<br />as to the. estimated life of the improvement
<br />property owners' portion of said cost to be
<br />bonds hereinafter referred to, and as to t
<br />the Clerk has certified to this Council suc
<br />ment.,as exceeding ,l0 years, and has further
<br />of said bonds as 40 years; and
<br />the Clerk to issue his certificate
<br />s hereinafter described, the
<br />discharged from the proceeds of
<br />he maximum maturity of such bonds,
<br />h estimated life of each improve-
<br />cer~ified the maximum maturity
<br />t~IEREAS, notes of this Village in the amounts of X21,000.00, X21,300.00,
<br />and ~16~000.00_ have been issued and sold in antieipation,~of the issuance of
<br />bonds hereina~ter,referred to and are=-now due and payable; and
<br />~r7fE;REAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 561, passed November 26, 1956, levying
<br />special assessments in .the amount of ~22,365.0l~, to'provde a fund for the
<br />payment of principal and interest of said bonds to be issued in anticipation
<br />of the collection of special assessments for ~ihe improvement--of highland Road,
<br />from the .Wester],y Line of the Vi17:age of Mayfield in an Easterly..direction to
<br />the Westerly line of SCfl~I Center. Road in the Village of Mayfield., by the con-
<br />struction of a water main_~therein and to cover the remainder of the property
<br />owners' portion of the~cost.of said improvement, the Clerk of the Village of
<br />Mayfield has certified that+special assessments in the .aggregate amount of
<br />X4002.92 have been paid in cash during the period .provided by law for said

<br />7r3fE:R:EAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 562, passed November 26, 1956,
<br />levying special assessments in the amount of ~21,784.81..,to provide a fund for
<br />the payment of-principal and interest of bonds to be issued in anticipation of
<br />the collection of -special assessments for the improvement of SOM Center Road,
<br />from the~~Northerly line of Highland Road, in a Norther]wv direction 2400 feet,
<br />by the construction of a water main therein and to cover the remainder of the
<br />property owners' portion`of`the cost of said improvement, the Clerk of the
<br />Village of Mayfield has certified. that special assessments i.n the aggregate
<br />amount of X7759.89 have been paid in -cash during the period provided by law
<br />for said improvement;
