<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VTLI~AGE OF P~AYFIELD, C UYAHOGA COUNTY

<br />Sec. ].~ There is hereby established a Building Bond. Fund. The
<br />Clerk sha~1 deposit in said F`utid all amoiuits of. moneys deposited with
<br />the ~i7lage of I'~ayfield by builders and contractors to secure perfornance
<br />of their obligations in connection with permits granted to them by the
<br />Village and in connection with building operations and construction of
<br />improvements within the Villageo
<br />Sec. 2~ This Ordinance shall be in force and effect at the
<br />earliest.,per.iod permitted by law•
