To the extent that, during the year 1957., any expenditures <br />have been made by or under authority of the Couneil of the Village of <br />Mayfield' Ohio' for any items in excess of the amounts appropriated <br />therefor by the appropri.ation ordinances ancl amendments thereto adopted <br />in 1957., or for items for which no specific appropriations were made <br />by said ordinances' the Clerk of the Village of Mayf'i.eld is hereby <br />authorized and d3.rected to transfer sizfficient moneys from other <br />appropriation i,tems irhich have not been ftal.ly experid.ed ancl., if <br />necessary, from moneys in the Genera]. Fund not otherwise specifically <br />appropriatcl.9 to cover' sur,h expendaotures9 and the moneys so transferred <br />are hereby appropriated for the purpose of making such expenditures. <br />Sece 2.
