The Mayor and the Clerk of the Vi]3age of Nlayfield, Ohio, are <br />hereby authorized to execute on beha].f of the vi7lage a contract with the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga Coun-ty, Ohio, for the care of prisoners <br />sent to Capahoga County Jail bp the Village of 14ayfield, such contract to pro- <br />vide for a rate of 84.25.per day for each prisoner so sent. Such agreement <br />shal7, be in force and effect frora and aiter the £ix°st day of August, 1959, and <br />may be terminated by sither party at its option by giving thirty days notice in <br />writing of its intentiorvs s o to do. <br />Sec. 2.
