<br />Sec. 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield are
<br />au-L-horize?d aW'nd directed to en•ter into an arrangemen.t with Northern
<br />Ohio Pavi.ng Co. to apply a light treatment of asphalt to 'the berms or
<br />shoulders of Bonnzeview Road, Seneca Road9 and Glenview Road, at a
<br />total cost otnot more than $250,,'00, and subject to the_ _direction
<br />of the Vill.age Engineer.
<br />, Sec. 2. This Qrdinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
<br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the publi,c peace,
<br />health, safety and welfare of the Vi11age of Mayiield and its inhabitants,
<br />in order to protect the berms alongside the newly paved roads above named, and
<br />this ordinance shall be in force and effect on and after the date of its
<br />passage.
