FU1VD -FOR THE COST, OF .. <br />MOVING UTIZITIES IN_CONNECTION WITE1 THE WIDENING <br />OF HIGHWAYS, IN THE VII,LAGE OF MAYFIELD OHIO. . <br />WIiEREAS, the Di11age of r4ayfield has recently been paid the sun of <br />$4,570.00 by the County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, in return f or a deed to certain <br />' property frontage along Wilson Mills Roa46wned by the Village and f or the <br />granting of certain slope rights to tne county in connection with the widening <br />, of Wilson Mi11s Road; and <br />titiTHHEREAS, Council desires to appropriate said funds for certain <br />specif ied purposes. <br />i NOW THEREF0IZE BE IT ORDAIP7ED BY THE COUNCII, OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />' MAYFIEZD, CUYAH(GA COUNTY OHIO, THAT: <br />3ec. 1. The Clerk of the Village of Mayf ield is hereby authorized <br />and directed to pay,to the Special Assessment Bond Retirement Fund of the <br />Village of Mayfield Ohio sueh portion of the said sun of $4,570.00 as may be <br />needed to pay the bal.ance of the principal and accumulated interest due to <br />said Fund on the Real E'state Pu.i?chase Note of 1957, issued under authority <br />of Ordinance No. 588 f or the purchase of certain real estate on Wilson Mills <br />Road f rom George C. leslie and Edith M. I,eslie. <br />Sec. 2. The Clerk is authorized and directed to deposit and credit <br />the balance of said sum of $41570.00 in a newly created fund, hereby established <br />by this Ordinance, to be known as tiie Fund for Moving Utilitres in Connection <br />with the Widening of Village Roads, _ <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peacey health, safety <br />and welfare of the Pillage of Mayf ield and its inhabitants, in order to save <br />the further pa-ymeat of interest on said real estate purchase note of 1957, <br />and said ordinance shall be in force and effect on and af ter the date of <br />its passage. <br />Passed this 16th day of Map, 1960m <br />Attest: <br />J <br />? <br />(SE ) lerk <br />.> <br />Mayor - resident of Council
