ORDINANCE Nop 739 <br />By Mr. Belzer <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AGREE~~lENT WITH <br />WEDDING & CUTTING SUPPLY COMPANY FOR THE <br />RENTAL OF A CYLINDER FOR COI~RESSED AIR <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NIAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THATs <br />Sec, 1. Council hereby approves an Agreement in writing dated <br />March 31, 1961, between the Village of Mayf field and Welding & Cutting <br />Supply Company for the rental of one Style K Cylinder for Compressed Air <br />for the use of the Fire Department for the sum of $45 00 for the entire <br />period of 15 years <br />Sec. 2A The Clerk is authorized to execute and deliver this <br />Agreement on behalf of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Sec. 3.
