DISTRICT (~COMhlEP.CIAL ). <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF I~IAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT; " <br />Sec. la The District & Zone Map attached to and made apart of <br />Ordinance No, 159, the Zoning Ordinance for the Village of T~iayfield, Ohio, <br />is hereby amended so that the following described property abutting the " <br />Westerly side of SONI Center Road in the Village of Payfield shall be <br />changed from a Class U-1 Use District to a Class-4 Use District (commercial); <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, and <br />the State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Mayfield <br />Township Lot No., 45 Tract No. 1 and bounded and described as follows; <br />(~' <br />A <br />i ~, <br />w <br />E.t) <br />X22`_ <br />f~ <br />Beginning in the center line of S,O.N1.
