ORDINANCE No. 744 By Mr. Wedler AN ORDINANCE: AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD.TO ENTER INTO.A CONTRACT WITH N.. W. LUPO CONSTRUCTION..CCMPANY,FOR_THE CONSTRUCTION_OF WATER MAINS IN WORTON PARK DRIVE, WOODLANE DRIVE, NORTH WOODLANE DRIVE, SOUTH WOODLANE DRIVE AND NORMAN 7~ANE DRIVE WHEN FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE QR IN THE PROCESS OF COLLECTION. WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 742, the Clerk of the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, duly advertised for bids, according to law, for the con- struction of water mains and appurtenances in the streets hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, the bid of N. W. Lupo Construction Company in the amount of $62,800.00 is determined by Council to be the lowest and best bid submitted by a duly qualif ied bidder. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFTELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO,. THAT: _ _ .. Sec. 1, All bids except that of N. W. Lupo Construction Company for the construction and installation of water mains and appurtenances in the streets hereinafter described, .are hereby rejected and the Clerk is authorized and directed to return to all bidders, except N W. Lupo Construction Company, the certif ied checks which accompanied their bids. Sec. 2. The Mayor and the Clerk of the Pillage of Mayfield, Ohio, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract on behalf of said Village with AT. W. Lupo Construction Company for the installation of water mains and appurtenances in the hereinafter described streets for the total sum of $62,800.00, according to the bid submitted by N. W, Lupo Construction Company, at such time as the necessary funds for that purpose are available or in the process of collection: (a) Worton Park Drive, from the existing water main in the intersection of Worton Park Drive and Hemingway Drive, in a Southerly direction to the Northerly line of South Woodlane Drive; (b) Woodlane Drive, from the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 20, in a Southerly direction to the Northwest corner of Sublot No. 11; (c) North Woodlane Drive, from the Westerly line of Worton Park Drive in a Gesterly direction to the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 20; (d) South Woodlane Drive, from the Northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 11 _ Easterly to a point 225 feet East of the center line of Worton Park Drive;
