<br />AN ORDINANCE TO PIItMIT MAX KEId~1AN TO EXTEND A
<br />SANITARY SEWER ON. RAVINE..DgIVE
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VII~.AGE OF MAXFIELD, COUNTY OF CLIYAUOGA,
<br />STATE OF -OI3I0, THAT,o _ , _ .. _ _ - ... _ .,
<br />Sec. 1. Max Kalman is hereby authorized at his own expense to construct
<br />an extension of the. existing sanitary sewer from the Southwest to the Southeast
<br />corner of Sublot No. 24 on Ravine Drive, in accordaace with the plans and
<br />speeif ications hitherto approved by the Village Engineer. Said Max Kalman
<br />shall not proceed with the construction of said improvement until he.f ilea
<br />with the Clerk a cash bond in the amount of $2U0.00 to protect the Village
<br />against any damage which may be caused to,publie property, together with a
<br />liability insurance policy, or a copy or certificate thereof, protecting
<br />the Dillage of Mayfield in the amount of $1U0,000.00 for personal injuries
<br />or wrongful death and in the amounnt of $5, 000.00 for property damage caused
<br />by the construction of said improvement.
<br />Sec. 2. This ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure,
<br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety
<br />and welfare, because of the necessity of extending sanitary sewage facilities
<br />as rapidly as possible, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
<br />from and -after the date of its passage. ,
