FROM RAZSIIR'S SERVICE, _ <br />WHEREAS, Joseph Razsuk, d.b.a. gazsuk's Service, a responsible bidder, <br />duly filed with the Glerk,of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, in,accordance with <br />law, .his bid offering to sell to the Village a new Massey-Ferguson No. 202 <br />Gasoline Tractor, a new Massey-Ferguson 102 H.D. Loader, and anew Meyer No.' <br />15050 Snow glow, in accordance with the specifications established in connection <br />with Notice for Bids and in accordance with the bids submitted by said ICazsukts <br />Service;..,and _ _. <br />WHEREAS, said bid of Razsuk's Service is the lowest and best bid <br />submitted. <br />NOW THEREFORE BF IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TBE VIL7~AGE OF HAYFIELD <br />CUYAHOGA COTJ~3TY _ OHIO , _ THAT s . _ . _ - _ _ , ... _. - •. • _ _ ._ - _ _. _ <br />~Sec.~l. The bid of Joseph Razsuk, d.b.a. Razsuk's Service, offering <br />to sell tome Village a new Massey-Ferguson 202 Gasoline Tractor, a new <br />Massey-Ferguson 102 H. 7J. 7,oader, and a new Meyer No. 15050 Snow Plow, in <br />accordance with 'the specif icatiens established in connection with Notice for <br />Bids and~in accordance with the bids submitted by said Kazsuk's Service, <br />for the sum of $4,320.51, less a credit of $1,897.35 for the used 1952 Ford <br />Tractor with Wagner Loader now owned by the.Village and used by its Service <br />Department, and to be sold by.the Village to said Joseph Kazsuk, be and the <br />same is hereby accepted. <br />Sec. 2. The Mayor and the Clerk of the Village are hereby authorized <br />and empowered to. make, execute and deliver all such documents and to do all <br />things necessary to ~.obtain_: title to the equipment being purchased by the <br />pillage, to transfer title to the used equipment being sold by the Village, <br />and to carry out the provisions of this Ordinance. _ <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure, necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of the"~iublic peace.., health, safety and welfare <br />of the pillage of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in order to obtain as soon <br />as economically possible better equipment for servicing of the roads and <br />highways, and said ordinance shall go into effect and be in force immediately <br />upon the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 15th day of October, 1962. ~~, <br />fittest; <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />~JW ~ .: <br />SEALS rtr-k <br />
