ORDINANCE No. 784 <br />By Mr. Belzer <br />AN ORDINANCE GIVING THE CONSENT OF THE VIZZAGE OF <br />MAYFIEI,D TO THE gEMOVAZ, OF SNO[if AND. ICE FROM _ <br />CERTAIN .ROADS. WITHTN ..THE VIZLAGE _ <br />WHEREAS, the Board~of County Commissioners-has tentatively approved <br />a Snow and Ice.,Removal program for the pears 1962 - 1963; and <br />WHEREAS, a number of the roads from which it is proposed to remove <br />snow and ice are Village streets and also County roads known by the following <br />names and lying between the limits designated, viz; <br />Road From To <br />Highland Road Westerly Village Line S. 0. M. Center Road <br />Wilson Mills Road Zander Road .. Easterly Village Line <br />Lander Road Wilson Mills Road Southerly Village..Zine <br />Ridgebury Boulevard within Mayfield Village Z,imits <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFTELD, STATE <br />OF OHIO : _ .., . _ . _ - - - .. - - _ _ <br />Sec. 1. That it is declared~to be of public interest that the consent <br />of the Village bq_and such consent is hereby given to the removal of snow and <br />ice on the above mentioned highways between the termini aforesaid. <br />Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety; such <br />necessity exists by reason of the fact that snow and sleet storms may .soon <br />create hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence whereof great <br />public inconvenience would be suffered and public travel endangered and delayed. <br />' Sec. 3. That the Clerk be; and he hereby is, directed to furnish to <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a certif ied copy <br />of this Ordinance immediately upon the taking effect thereof. <br />Passed this 17th day of December, 1962. <br />Attest: <br />~~~~~~~y <br />~~ <br />Mayor - President of Council <br /> <br />
