GATES I~ILLS. <br />~'E AND.,HIGHLAND HEIGHTS,.OHIO.__, <br />/- 7 _ <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF b1,AYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />~'`d COUNTY OHIO, THAT:, <br />~-~ ... ~ _ <br />~~ Sec. 1, The riayor and Clerk of the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, are <br />~ hereby authorized to enter into an ,Agreement or :A,greements on behalf of <br />the Village of Aiayf field with the City of Cleveland Heights and the Villages <br />~> <br />~ of Gates Mills and Highland Heights, Ohio, providing for the exchange of <br />l:~ f ire fighting equipment and firemen in the event of emergency. Such <br />~ Agreement or Agreements shall not require any party thereto to leave <br />~ unprotected or in jeopardy its own territory and shall provide that the <br />party making such emergency run out of its own Aiunicipal limits shall <br />bear all expenses in connection therewithA Such. contract shall be for a <br />period not exceeding three (3) years and shall be terminable upon thirty <br />(30) days°c written notice. _ <br />Sec. 2.
