OF HAYFIELD, OHIO, BET[~tEEN CERTAIN.TERMINI.BY THE CONSTRUCTION.OF A WATER MAIN;_WITH CURB CONNECTIONS AND APPURTENANCES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE V.LLI,AGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA STATE OF ..OHIO: ~ ~ - - .. . _ - . ~. Sec, 1. That the Revised Assessment of the cost and expense of improvement of SOi~I Center Road in the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, from the end of the existing water main tahich terminates 1528 feet North of the center line of Metro Par1c Drive, in a Northerly direction to the North corporation line of the Village of Mayf field, by the construction of a 16" cast iron water main, with curb connections and appurtenances, amounting, in the aggregate to $51,521.50 , as reported to this Council on the 18th day of Nlay, 1964, by the,Engineer of this Village, and now on file in the off ice of the Cleric of this Council be, and the same is, hereby adopted and conf firmed and that there be and hereby are levied and assessed upon the lots and lands bounding and abutting upon said improvement the several amounts reported as of oresaid, which assessments are in proportion to the special benefits and are not_in excess of any statutory limitation, Sec, 2, That this council hereby finds and determines that the revised assessments as now on file in the off ice ef.said clerk are in the same proportion to the estimated assessments as originally filed as the actual cost of the above described improvement is to the estimated cost of the improvement as originally filed, Sec. 3. That the assessmer_t against each lot or parcel of land shall be payable in cash within 30 days of ter the passage of this ordinance or at •the option of the owner in ten annual installments with interest at the same rate as shall be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection of the same. All cash payments shall be made to the Treasurer of this Village. A,11 assessments and installments thereof remaining. unpaid at the expiration of said 30 days shall be certif ied by the Clerk of this Council to the County Auditor as provided by law to be placed by him on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected. Sec. 4, That the Clerk of this Council shall cause a notice of passage of this ordinance to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation in this Village and to continue on file in his off ice said revised assessments,
