RESOLUTION N0. 86- 64 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Fred N. Carmen <br />A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF NOBORU <br />? ASAMOTO AS THE PLANS EXAMINER FOR MAYFIELD <br />' VILLAGE, ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION THEREFOR <br />AND DECLP,RING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD V ILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. The Council hereby confirms the appointment of <br />Noboru Asamoto as Plans Examiner for Mayfield Village, Ohio. <br />Section 2. The Plans Examiner shall be compensated at the <br />rate of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per hour for all services <br />performed in accordance with his duties. <br />Section 3. The Plans Examiner shall remain certified and <br />perform such duties as imposed upon him by the Ohio Building <br />Authority, the Ohio Board of Building Standards and the Ohio Basic <br />Building Code. <br />Section 4. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 5. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that the municipality must retain the services of a <br />certified Plans Examiner in order to maintain a certified Building <br />Department.
