RESOLUTION N0. 85-57 (AS AMENDED) INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE HANOV ER WOODS SUBDIV IS ION AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the final plat for the Hanover Woods Subdivision has been submitted to the Village for approval; and WHEREAS, the said final subdivision plat has been approved by the Village Engineer, and the. Planning & Zoning Commission subject to the contingencies set forth in the letter of the Village Engineer dated September 3, 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the municipality have determined that the subdivision complies with all other applicable provisions of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pertaining to planning, platting, and subdividing procedures; now, theref ore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, hereby conditionally approves the final plat of the major residential subdivision known as Hanover Woods for recordation purposes only subject only to the contingencies set forth in the letter from the Village Engineer dated September 3, 1985, a( copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten. Section 2.' The Council further accepts and approves the final plat for Stage One of the said residential subdivision subject only to the contingencies set forth in the aforementioned letter from the Village Engineer which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten-. The. Council finds that the loan commitment procured'by the developer in .an amount equal to. one hundred percent (100) of the estimate of the cost of the required subdivision improvements, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten,' constitutes sufficient security for the construction of the said improvements pursuant to Section 1115.06(a) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio. Section 3. All of the streets and roads shown upon the plat and not heretofore dedicated are hereby dedicated to public use as such and the easements shown on said plat for the construction, operation, and maintenance of all public and private utility purposes above and beneath the surface of the ground and, where necessary, for the construction, operation, and maintenance of service connections to all adjacent lots and. lands and for storm water drainage are hereby approved and accepted.
