RESOLUTION N0. 85-57 (AS AMENDED) <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR THE HANOV ER WOODS SUBDIV IS ION AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for the Hanover Woods Subdivision <br />has been submitted to the Village for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the said final subdivision plat has been approved <br />by the Village Engineer, and the. Planning & Zoning Commission subject <br />to the contingencies set forth in the letter of the Village Engineer <br />dated September 3, 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked <br />Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the municipality have <br />determined that the subdivision complies with all other applicable <br />provisions of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />pertaining to planning, platting, and subdividing procedures; now, <br />theref ore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, hereby <br />conditionally approves the final plat of the major residential <br />subdivision known as Hanover Woods for recordation purposes only <br />subject only to the contingencies set forth in the letter from the <br />Village Engineer dated September 3, 1985, a( copy of which is attached <br />hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if fully <br />rewritten. <br />Section 2.' The Council further accepts and approves the <br />final plat for Stage One of the said residential subdivision subject <br />only to the contingencies set forth in the aforementioned letter from <br />the Village Engineer which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and <br />incorporated herein as if fully rewritten-. The. Council finds that the <br />loan commitment procured'by the developer in .an amount equal to. one <br />hundred percent (100) of the estimate of the cost of the required <br />subdivision improvements, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked <br />Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten,' constitutes <br />sufficient security for the construction of the said improvements <br />pursuant to Section 1115.06(a) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio. <br />Section 3. All of the streets and roads shown upon the <br />plat and not heretofore dedicated are hereby dedicated to public use <br />as such and the easements shown on said plat for the construction, <br />operation, and maintenance of all public and private utility purposes <br />above and beneath the surface of the ground and, where necessary, for <br />the construction, operation, and maintenance of service connections to <br />all adjacent lots and. lands and for storm water drainage are hereby <br />approved and accepted. <br />
