RESOLUTION N0. 85°72 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TH E AMENDED <br />IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR AINTREE NORTH <br />SUBDIVISION N0. 2 AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio have <br />previously approved the Improvement Plan for Aintree North Subdivision <br />No. 2, said Improvement Plan having been approved by the Village <br />Engineer on October 28, 1980 and reapproved on August 26, 1983; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the municipality a <br />supplemental Improvement Plan for Aintree North Subdivision No. 2, <br />which Plan revises the grading of the subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the revised Improvement Plan for Aintree North <br />Subdivision No. 2, as of oresaid, was approved by the Village Engineer <br />on November 18, 1985 and, therefore, the Council is desirous of <br />approving the same; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The amended Improvement Plan for Aintree North <br />Subdivision No. 2, as approved by the Village Engineer on November 18, <br />1985, is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compli- <br />ance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that the amended Improvement Plan approved herein is <br />necessary to proceed with the expeditious development of the <br />residential subdivision. It shall therefore take effect immediately <br />upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than four (4) members <br />elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the <br />
