? ` . RESOLUTION N0. <br />BY : MR. DAVIS <br />A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FTNAL DEVELOPMENT <br />PLANS OF EDWARD J. DeBARTOIA, INC., FOR A <br />, HOLIDAY INN. <br />Be It Resolved by the Gouncil of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: <br />The revised final development plans of Edward J. DeBartolo, Ince, <br />dated December 13, 1971, for the construction of a Hol.iday Inn (but excluding <br />a gasoline station) at Wilson AZills Road and Beta Drive and previously <br />approved by the Villa;e Engineer and the Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />are hereby approved by Council, upon the following conditions: <br />1. The landscaping plan must be preparad by an Ohio <br />' Registered Landscape,Architect and approved by <br />a Registered Landscapa Architect to be selected <br />, by the Village, cahose fee shall be charged to <br />, the developer. <br />. 2. The southerly driveway shown on said plans shall <br />- be eliminated. <br />a' <br />3.
