RESOLUTION NOe 878 <br />Introduced by: Mayor Leech <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINT'NG LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR <br />FIRE, EXTENDED COVERAGE AND VANDALISM INSURADICE <br />ON VEHICLE MAINTENANCE BUILDING LOCATED AT <br />6601 WILSON MILLS ROAD, MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. It is hereby determined that the bid of Love Insurance Agency <br />for fire, extended ccaverage and vandalism insurance on the vehicle maintenance <br />building located at 6601 Wilson Mills Road, Ma.yfield Village, Ohio, is the lowest <br />and best bid received after advertising in accordance with the Charter, and that <br />the Mayor and Clerk Treasurer be and they are authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with Love Insurance Agency for the purchase in accordance with <br />specifications upon which such bid was received. The cost of such contract shall <br />be payable out of funds appropriated by council. <br />Section 2. Council declares this to be an emergency resolution necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, such emergency <br />arising out of the necessity to provide fire, extended coverage and vandalism <br />insurance on municipal property without undue delay, in order to create a situation <br />now determined undesirable; wherefore, this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after its passage. <br />Adopted: _ March 17, 197 <br />ATTEST: <br />.
