RESOLUTION N0. HHl <br />Introduced by: Mr, Prager <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF SANDOR <br />F. BORDONARO FROM THE OFFICE OF COUNCILMAN <br />WHEREAS, Councilman Sandor F. Bordonaro has tendered his resignation in writing <br />from the office of councilman; and <br />WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure requiring immediate <br />action by the legislative body of the municipality acknowledging such vacancy so that <br />it may conform with the requirements of the Charter, Article III, Section 9; Now, <br />Therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The resolution of Sandor F. Bordonaro as a member of this legislative <br />body be and the same is hereby accepted. <br />Section 2. The Clerk-Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transmit a copy <br />of this resolution to the Board of Elections of Cuyahoga Countye <br />Section 3. For the reasons stated in the preamble hereto, which is made a part <br />hereof, this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor, <br />Passed: April 14, 1975. <br />Attest: <br />C OF COiJNCIL <br />ROVED:
