Resolution No. ggg <br />Introduced by: Mrs. Negrelli <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING LOWEST AND BEST <br />BID FOR TWO POLICE CARS AND DELCARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THAT: <br />SE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILL,AGE, CLIYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, <br />Section l. It is hereby determined that the bid of Deacon' S Chrysler'-Plymouth <br />for two police cars, is the lowest and best bid received after advertising in accordance <br />with the Charter, and that the Mayor and Finance Director be and they are hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder for <br />the purchase in accordance with specifications upon which such bid was received. <br />The cost of such contract shall be payable out of funds appropriated by Council. <br />Section 2e Council declares this to be an emergency resolution necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, such emergency <br />arising out of the necessity to provide motor vehicles for the Police Department <br />without undue delay, in order to correct a situation now deemed undesirable; where- <br />fore, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed: May 19, 1975 /1) <br />PRESIDENT OF CpiUNCIL
