Resolution No. 906 <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE LO?-IEST AND BEST BID <br />FOR COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. It is hereby determined that the bid of Love Insurance Agency for <br />comprehensive general liability insurance is the lowest and best bid received after <br />advertising in accordance with the charter. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with Love Insurance Agency for the purchase <br />of comprehensive general liability insurance in accordance with specifics upon <br />which the bid was received. The cost of such insurance coverage shall be payable <br />out of funds appropriated by council which shall not exceed $6,622.00. <br />Section 3.
