Resolution No. 917 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Busa <br />A RESOLL'TION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO GRANT A MAINTENANCE PERMIT TO <br />THE OHIO BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized <br />and directed to grant a maintenance permit in the form attached to this resolution, <br />as Exhibit "A", which shall authorize the Ohio Bell Telephone Company to remove, <br />renew, straighten or relocate existing.poles and anchors on various streest and <br />highways in Mayfield Village under the conditions set forth in said permit. <br />Adopted: Jan. 19, 1976 <br />Attest: <br />1-4? zlo. <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />Approved: <br />? <br />/
