Resolution No. 933 <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />TO REQUEST TENDER OF BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />A FIVE-FOOT BIKE PATH <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. The Finance Director be and he is hereby authorized to advertise <br />and request tender of bids for the construction of a five-foot bike path on the <br />east side of SOM Center Road to be located between the south entrance of the <br />Metronolitan Park and extending to the south line of Metro Park Drive Subdivision, <br />a distance of approximately 2,885 feot. <br />Section 2. The bids tendered shall be in accordance with plans, specifications <br />and profiles which shall be available to all bidders at the office of Mayfield <br />Village. <br />Section 3.
