Resolution No. 950 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Bennett <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ENGINEER TO PRE- <br />PARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR RESTRIPING CERTAIN <br />ROADWAYS IN THE MUNICIPALITY AND DELCARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT RF,SOLVED BY THE COU'NCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1: The Village Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to prepare plans and specifications for restriping certain roadways in this muni- <br />cipality <br />Section 2: The Finance Director is authorized and directed to advertise <br />for invitations for the tender of bids in accordance wit:.l said plans and speci- <br />f ications. <br />Section 3.
