Resolution No. 9 61 <br />Introduced by: CounCil as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR THE INVITATION FOR TENDER OF <br />BIDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BEECH HILL ROAD <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Finance Director be and he is hereby authorized to advertise <br />for the tender of bids pursuant to Resolution #946 adopted July 19, 1976 for the <br />improvement of Beech Hill Road northerly from its intersection with Seneca Drive a <br />distance of approximately 685 feet by the paving thereof. <br />Section 2.
