Resolution No. 9 6 2 <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FLOW OF SEPTIC:EWFI,UENT <br />OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS PERMANANT PARCEL #831-26-35 <br />THROUGH RUNNING STREAM LOCATED ON DEDICATED ROADWAY, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the premises known by its improvements as 704 Echo Drive, Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, being permanent parcel #831-26-35, is not serviced by a sanitary <br />sewer; and <br />WHEREAS, said premises is serviced by a septic tank system which by virtue <br />of its elevation wi11 discharge septic affluent into a running stream and through <br />a culvert pipe under Echo Drive, each of which is within the dedicated roadway; <br />an d <br />WHEREAS, this municipality as owner:of the dedicated roadway must give its <br />permission to the owner of said premises to discharge septic affluent into said <br />stream; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. The owner of the premises known by its improvements as 704 Echo <br />Drive, Mayfield Village, Ohio, being permanetit parcel #831-26-35, be and such owner <br />is hereby authorized to discharge septic affluent from said premises into the running <br />stream located on the northeast edge of said property and then easterly through a <br />culvert pipe under Echo Drive. <br />Section 2. The discharge of septic affluent shall conform to all regulations <br />of the Cuyahoga County Board of Health and such other official authority as may from <br />time to time have supervision and control over the discharge of septic affluent. <br />Section 3a Council declares this to be an emergency resolution necessary for <br />the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village and its inhabitants, <br />such emergency arising out of the necessity to provide for the proper discharge of <br />septic affluent from the premises lrnown as permanent parcel #831-26-35; wherefore, <br />this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage <br />and approval by the Ma.yor. - <br />Passed: 5ept. 30, 1976 <br />Approved: <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />App l30 ' 7L <br />?
