Resolution No. 966 <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIIVG STEPHEN HOVANCSEK <br />AIVD ASSOCIATE5 TO SUBMIT APPLICATION AND <br />PREPARE PLANS FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE NECESSARY <br />APPLZCATION f1ND DECLARZIVG AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCTL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />CUYAFiOGA COUNTY, OHIO: <br />Section 1. That Mayfield Village, Ohio shall make application <br />for funding under the Federal Public Works Program and that Stephen <br />Hovz-ncsek & Associates Engineers and City Planners in association <br />with an Architect designated by CounCil and in accordance with an <br />association agreement determined by the Council of Mayfield Village <br />shall prepare contract documents satisfactory for the said project <br />including the application thereforee <br />Section 2. The Mayor o£ Mayfield Village, Ohio is duly authorized <br />to execute any application required by the Federal Government under = <br />said Publ3.c Works Program. <br />Section 3.
