?,?,,i,..,,e;r?,C?> ,._:.t,•?',.,?,,._..?'', <br />Resolution No.9 8 1 <br />Intraduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE LAW DIRECTOR TO SEEK <br />REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANS- <br />PORTATION FOR DAMAGED HYDRANTS <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation of the State of Ohio did on or about <br />February 11, 1977 while removing drifting and heavy snow on the west side of SOM Center <br />Road between White Road and Beta Drive cause damage to hydrants 450, 498 and 510 in the <br />total amount of $1,903.20; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Law Director be and he is hereby directed to institute legal <br />action against the Department of Transportation of the State of Ohio by filing com plaints <br />to recover damage as set forth in the recital above, said claims to be filed with the <br />Court of Claims of Ohio. <br />Section 2. The Law Director be and he is hereby authorized to have the claim <br />administratively determined pursuant to Rule ll of the Court of Claims of Ohio. <br />Passed:.
