? <br />Resolution No. 991 <br />Introduced by: Mro Barclay <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE PAVING & SEWER ASSESSMENT <br />ON COUNTY AUDITOR'S PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 831-31-20 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Finance Director of Mayfield Village, <br />Ohio, has received funds in the amount of $1,091.38, representing the payment <br />of a paving and sewer assessment on County Auditor`s Permanent Parcel No. <br />831-31-20, owned by David W. Kause. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The remaining annual installments for.a special assess- <br />ment for paving and sewer improvements on County Auditor's Permanent Parcel <br />No. 831-31-20 are hereby cancelled. <br />Section 2. The Finance Director of Mayfield Village, Ohib <br />is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of this Resolution with the <br />County Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3.
