<br />Resolution No. 1000 <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br />WHEREAS, Patrick 0'Malley has served as a member of the Civil Service <br />Commission of Mayfield Village, Ohio since its formation; and <br />WHEREAS, as a Commissioner and member of the Civil Service Commission Mr. <br />0'Malley has served Mayfield Village and its residents faithfully, diligently <br />and devotedly during its period of creation and adoptio.n of rules and regulations <br />pertaining to its administration; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Council of Mayfield Village, personally and collectively, <br />and on behalf of the government and citizens of the municipality, express its <br />deep appreciation and thanks to Mr. 0'Malley for his faithful and devoted services, <br />interest and friendship while a member of the Civil Service Commission. <br />Section 2.
