WOODL.9,NE DRIVE, _.NORTH _ WOODLl1NE DRIVE, -SOUTH WOODLANE DRIVE, AND .NORMAN LANE DRIVE, BY_THE CONSTRUCTION. OF WATER MAINS AND_APPURTENANCES. _ ._ - - ~, WHEREAS, the Board appointed pursuant to Resolution No„ 52? has filed with the Clerk and the Council a list of Esti~iated Assessments for the improve- ment of Worton Park Drive, f ram the existing water maim in the intersection of Worton Park Drive and Hemingway Drive, in a Southerly direction to the Northerly line of South Woodlane. Drive, and f or,the improvement of Woodlane Drive, from the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 20, in a Southerly direction to the Northwest corner o~ Sublot No, 11, and for the improvement of North Woodlane Drive, from the Westerly line of Worton Park Drive in a Westerly direction to the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No, 20, and for the improvement of South Woodlane Drive, from the Northwesterly corner of Sublot No„ 11, Easterly to a point 225 .feet East of the center line of Worton Park Drive, and for the improvement of Norman Lane DriveD from the Westerly line of Worton Park Drive Westerly to the Easterly line of Woodlane Drive, by the construction of water mains and appurtenances; and _ WHEREAS, the Clerk has already caused notice of said Estimated Improve- ments to be published in the Cleveland Press & Neeos on Map 4, May 11, and May 18, 1962, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELDg CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, SHAT: _ .- - .. .-.- -- -- Sec. 1, Council receives said List of Estimated Assessments prepared pursuant to said Resolution No, 52~, adopted Februaay 19, 1962, by said Board and places them on file for public inspection with the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, See® 2® Council hereby confirms and approves the actiion of the Clerk in publishing notice of said Estimated Assessments for the above described portions of Worton Park Drives Woodlane Drives North Woodlane Drive, South Woodlane Drive, and Norman Zane Drive, by construction of water mains and appurtenances as provided by la~aQ Sec, 3r This Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health$ safety and welf are of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, for the reason that the completion of the assessment proceedit~s is necessary to provide funds by the sale of special assessment bonds to pay a note issued in anticipation
