Resolution No. 540 <br />By Mr. Zorn <br />A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN SUFIS FR0.~I THE GENERAL <br />FUND AND THE GASOLINE AND STREET MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR <br />FUND TO THE WATER MAIN CONSTKUCTION FUND <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. The Cleric is hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $1,000,00 <br />from the General Fund to the Water Main Construction Fund to apply on the loan <br />made by the latter fund, and also to transfer a sufficient amount of money <br />to pay all the interest on said loan, <br />Sec. 2. The Clerk is also authorized to transfer the sum of $600.00 <br />from the Gasoline and Street Maintenance and Repair Fund to the Water Main <br />Construction Fund to pay the balance of the principal due on the above <br />mentioned loan, for the reason that said loan was made by the Water Main <br />Construction Fund for the purpose of purchasing equipment used in maintaining <br />the streets and highways in the Village of Mayf ie1d. <br />Sec. 3.
